Way to calm my fears.
An email from our Executive Assistant this afternoon:
This morning at our safety meeting, I was asked to send out an email to all Main St employees regarding your safety. Since it’s beginning to get cold outside, the natives may get restless. So, when you get into your car in the parking lot, be sure to lock your doors ASAP. FYI.
Ah…the joys of working downtown.
I wish I had magical powers.
Then I could just blink my eyes and the house would be exactly how we want it.
Our entire house is covered in wood paneling and wallpaper. So, today we set out to strip all the wallpaper. Then we realized the wood paneling was just nailed and not glued, so we decided to rip out the wood paneling. 2.5 bedrooms are done.

Things that are stressful.
Leaving for San Antonio for the Envision Conference Sunday. I will be gone for 7 days. Before then I need to get all the final details figured out for the conference, do all of my laundry, go buy travel size everything, buy new high heels, and pack.
My washing machine broke. Which means the above mentioned laundry must be done at a laundromat. And I hate laundromats.
Have to buy a new...
